The Resurrecting of Solomons Temple represents Resurrecting the Church

Revelation 10:7 "but in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he is about to sound, then is finished the mystery of God, according to the good tidings which he declared to his servants the prophets."

Note: that Adam and Eve were created on the sixth day and expelled from Eden on the seventh. Similarly, the Church is predominantly established during its sixth stage of the church which is notably without rebuke (being perfect), but the seventh stage is so problematic that it is →[“spewed out.”]← Also: Solomon’s temple was built in the sixth chapter of First Kings, and its completion is emphasized three or four times. →[Revelation 10:7]← also indicates that God’s Temple (the Church) is completed during the sixth trumpet just before the Seventh Trump is sounded, drawing a distinct parallel with the events in Eden.

Solomon’s Temple: Repeated Emphasis on its Completion

Several verses in 1 Kings highlight the completion of Solomon’s temple:

  • 1 Kings 6:9 So Solomon built the temple and finished it , roofing it with beams and planks…

  • 1 Kings 6:14 So Solomon built the temple and finished it. 15He lined the interior walls…

  • 1 Kings 6:38 In the eleventh year, in the month of Bul, the eighth month, the temple was finished in every detail and according to every specification. So he built the temple in seven years. → Seven stages of the Churches.

In these three instances, the Hebrew word used is [H3615] Kalah: meaning to complete, finish, accomplish, consume, or destroy.

A Fourth Mention of Completion

Upon further review of typical English translations, a fourth occurrence of the word finished is found:

  • 1 Kings 6:22 So he overlaid with gold the whole interior of the temple, until everything was completely finished. He also overlaid with gold the entire altar that belonged to the inner sanctuary.

Here, the Hebrew word used is [H8552] Tamam: meaning “to be complete, to be finished, to be perfect, or to be consumed.”

Restoration of the Sanctuary

According to Daniel 8:14: “It will take 2,300 evenings and mornings; then the sanctuary will be properly restored.” The King James version says: “then shall the sanctuary be cleansed,” but “properly restored” is more widely used. This is logical since Daniel had witnessed the destruction of the temple and was keen to know when it would be rebuilt. It was in 458 BCE that the command to restore the temple was given. -458 + 2300 + 1 (crossing the 0 year) = 1843.

Contrast Between Solomon’s House and the Temple

It is notable that while the temple’s completion is mentioned multiple times, Solomon’s own house, which took 13 years to build, lacks such explicit references. The closest is in 1 Kings 7:40: “Additionally, Huram made the pots, shovels, and sprinkling bowls. So Huram finished [H3615] all the work that he had undertaken for King Solomon in the house of the LORD.” Interestingly, Huram worked in brass, while Solomon worked in gold.

Prophetic Dates and Patterns

The repetition of “finished” three or four times corresponds to three or four prophetic dates between 1799 and 1874. Using this same pattern is also reflected in the watches of the night in Daniel 7, where we look for “watched” instead of “finished” This serves as a second witness that this pattern is divinely inspired.

Correspondence Between Temple Completion and Prophetic Periods

This sequence of fulfillment follows the narrative order, which strengthens the case that these events are more than coincidence. Again, the same pattern appears in the sequence of watches in the night, which also includes the same slightly different third watch among the four. I call it watch #2.5 This provides a second witness.

New Testament Parallels and Prophetic Timing

1 Thess 4:13–17 adds further insight. The passage speaks of those who “sleep in death” and assures believers that they need not grieve as those without hope. It affirms the resurrection and declares that “God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in Him.” This connects to the timing references in Daniel 7, especially Daniel 7:22 (“until the Ancient of Days arrived”) which is linked to 1799, when judgment was given in favor of the saints and the time came →later← for them to possess the kingdom associated with 1874 in Daniel 7:13 & 14 and Revelation 11:15.

Three Distinct Items in Sequence→1 Thessalonians 4:16

  • For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a loud command. [1]

  • with the voice of an archangel. [2]

  • and with the trumpet of God. [3]

These three distinct items correspond to elements in Revelation 10:

  • Verse 3: [1]→loud command (“Then he cried out in a loud voice like the roar of a lion”), corresponding to 1799 the end of the 1260 days.

  • Verses 5 & 6: [2]→voice of an archangel (“Then the angel... lifted up his right hand to heaven... ‘There will be no more delay’”), corresponding to 1829 the end of the 1290 days.

  • Verse 7: [3]→trumpet of God →bit future of 1799 seventh angel (“when he is about to sound, the mystery of God would be finished”), corresponding to 1874 the end of the 1335 days. This refers to the finishing of the temple. The number being complete between both sides of the veil.

Note: If the resurrection does not begin until the Lord returns, at the time of harvest, why does Jesus give a parable indicating that he does: Luke 12:35 “Be dressed for service and keep your lamps burning. 36Then you will be like servants waiting for their master to return from the wedding banquet, so that when he comes and knocks, they can open the door for him at once. 37Blessed are those servants whom the master finds on watch when he returns. Truly I tell you, he will dress himself to serve and will have them recline at the table, and he himself will come and wait on them. 38Even if he comes in the second or third watch of the night and finds them alert, those servants will be blessed.” In other words he is extending the wedding banquet to those who are still tabernacling in the flesh. The same thought is given in Revelation 15:5 After this I looked, and the temple—the tabernacle of the Testimony—was opened in heaven. →The Temple number is complete but some are still tabernacling in the flesh!←

Temple Construction Begins

Note that these “Finishings” correspond to Watches in the Night laid out for us in Daniel 7.

1 Kings 6:1 In the four hundred and eightieth year after the Israelites had come out of the land of Egypt, in the fourth year of Solomon’s reign over Israel, in the month of Ziv, the second month, he began to build the house of the LORD. →[April or May of 967 BC]

2 The house that King Solomon built for the LORD was sixty cubits long, twenty cubits wide, and thirty cubits high. 3 The portico at the front of the main hall of the temple was twenty cubits long, extending across the width of the temple and projecting out ten cubits in front of the temple.

  • Same basic pattern as the Tabernacle: courtyard → Holy Place → Holy of Holies

  • Temple is a monumentalized Tabernacle

  • Twice the floor dimensions, three times the height, far more water capacity, and massive architectural additions

4He also had narrow windows framed high in the temple.

The Chambers

1 Kings 6:5 Against the walls of the temple and the inner sanctuary, Solomon built a chambered structure around the temple, in which he constructed the side rooms. 6 The bottom floor was five cubits wide, the middle floor six cubits, and the third floor seven cubits. He also placed offset ledges around the outside of the temple, so that nothing would be inserted into its walls.

7 The temple was constructed using finished stones cut at the quarry, so that no hammer or chisel or any other iron tool was heard in the temple while it was being built.

8 The entrance to the bottom floor was on the south side of the temple. A stairway led up to the middle level, and from there to the third floor.

Finish Number One = 1799

1 Kings 6:9 So Solomon built the temple and finished it, roofing it with beams and planks of cedar. 10He built chambers all along the temple, each five cubits high and attached to the temple with beams of cedar. →First “finished” H3615 corresponds to the 1260 years ending in 1799.

God’s Promise to Solomon

1 Kings 6:11 Then the word of the LORD came to Solomon, saying: 12“As for this temple you are building, if you walk in My statutes, carry out My ordinances, and keep all My commandments by walking in them, I will fulfill through you the promise I made to your father David. 13And I will dwell among the Israelites and will not abandon My people Israel.”

Finish Number Two The Temple’s Interior = 1829

1 Kings 6:14 So Solomon built the temple and finished it. 15He lined the interior walls with cedar paneling from the floor of the temple to the ceiling, and he covered the floor with cypress boards. →Second “finished” H3615 corresponds to the 1290 years ending in 1829.

16 He partitioned off the twenty cubits at the rear of the temple with cedar boards from floor to ceiling to form within the temple an inner sanctuary, the Most Holy Place. 17And the main hall in front of this room was forty cubits long.

18 The cedar paneling inside the temple was carved with gourds and open flowers. Everything was cedar; not a stone could be seen.

19 Solomon also prepared the inner sanctuary within the temple to set the ark of the covenant of the LORD there. 20 The inner sanctuary was twenty cubits long, twenty cubits wide, and twenty cubits high. He overlaid the inside with pure gold, and he also overlaid the altar of cedar.

Finish Number Three Sanctuary Cleansed = 1843

21 So Solomon overlaid the inside of the temple with pure gold, and he extended gold chains across the front of the inner sanctuary, which was overlaid with gold. 1 Kings 6:22 So he overlaid with gold the whole interior of the temple, until everything was completely finished. He also overlaid with gold the entire altar that belonged to the inner sanctuary. →Third “finished” H8552 corresponds to the 2300 years ending in 1843. Referred to in Daniel 8:14 “He said to me, “It will take 2300 evenings and mornings; then the sanctuary will be properly restored.” It was in 458 BCE that the command to restore the temple was given. -458 + 2300 + 1 (crossing the 0 year) = 1843.

The Cherubim

1 Kings 6:23 In the inner sanctuary he made two cherubim, each ten cubits high, out of olive wood. 24 One wing of the first cherub was five cubits long, and the other wing was five cubits long as well. So the full wingspan was ten cubits. 25 The second cherub also measured ten cubits; both cherubim had the same size and shape, 26 and the height of each cherub was ten cubits.

27 And he placed the cherubim inside the innermost room of the temple. Since their wings were spread out, the wing of the first cherub touched one wall, while the wing of the second cherub touched the other wall, and in the middle of the room their wingtips touched. 28 He also overlaid the cherubim with gold.

29 Then he carved the walls all around the temple, in both the inner and outer sanctuaries, with carved engravings of cherubim, palm trees, and open flowers. 30 And he overlaid the temple floor with gold in both the inner and outer sanctuaries.

Door Closes? 6th Stage of the Church?

1 Kings 6:31 For the entrance to the inner sanctuary, Solomon constructed doors of olive wood with five-sided doorposts. 32 The double doors were made of olive wood, and he carved into them cherubim, palm trees, and open flowers and overlaid the cherubim and palm trees with hammered gold.

33 In the same way he made four-sided doorposts of olive wood for the sanctuary entrance. 34 The two doors were made of cypress wood, and each had two folding panels. 35 He carved into them cherubim, palm trees, and open flowers, and he overlaid them with gold hammered evenly over the carvings.

1 Kings 6:36 Solomon built the inner courtyard with three rows of dressed stone and one row of trimmed cedar beams.

Finish Number Four = 1874

37 The foundation of the house of the LORD was laid in the fourth year of Solomon’s reign, in the month of Ziv. 1 Kings 6:38 In the eleventh year, in the month of Bul, the eighth month, the temple was finished in every detail and according to every specification. →Fourth “finished” H3615 corresponds to the 1335 years ending in 1874. So he built the temple in seven years. →Seven stages of the Church. Or does the sounding of the trumpet begin with our Lord’s loud voice (as that of the arch angel Rev 10:3) which caused seven thunders to sound. It appears the Lord wants to give credit to the sounding on this side of the veil to Brother Russell.
